00 Wines is a family-owned and operated winery that is dedicated to elevating Willamette Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into the pantheon of the great wines of the world.
The Hermann family has been tasting and buying wine from the pioneering families of the Willamette Valley for 50 years. Throughout their decades of meeting the great winemakers of the region, huddled in the back of their small wineries over a barrel, the Hermanns have come to know that the Willamette Valley is a world-class wine region suited to growing the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the new world.
00 Wines has also has an international team of winemakers in Burgundy and Champagne that produce micro-lot Grand Cru wines that they import into the US and ship around the world. They visit France often to meet with the teams and make decisions about the upcoming vintage, vineyards, barrel selection, and dosage levels for the Champagnes.

When Kathryn Hermann called me, we clicked instantly.
Not only have the Hermanns become trusted partners, they have also become lifelong friends. We were able to see each other’s vision and make magic happen. The work I had been doing with drama, textures, and rustic chic settings was just what the Hermanns had been looking for.
As a part of my responsibilities for the project, I drove out to Carlton to meet with the owners and had a few downtown meetings as well. We processed the needs of the project and developed a plan.
I coordinated the shoot location, time, layout, plan, etc. for the big editorial shoot. Working with The Wine Shutter is so much more than just photos, design, or marketing.
